Baked Ravioli

I feel like raviolis are a really underestimated food. They are really quick and easy to whip up and good with just plain butter or tomato sauce. I was having crazy Italian craving for anything with sauce and cheese, so when I saw this baked ravioli recipe online, I needed to give it a whirl.

What you need:
1 (16oz) package of large raviolis
1 jar of marinara sauce
1/3 of a block of cream cheese
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 cup shredded mozz cheese
1/4 cup parm cheese
Cooking spray

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. In a large boiling pot, cook ravioli until tender (about 2-3 minutes). In the meantime, combine the marinara sauce and cream cheese in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream cheese melts. Stir in thyme and parsley.

Coat an 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour in your cooked ravioli. Cover with the sauce mixture and top it off with your mozz cheese. Bake for 20 min.
